GlitchCamera is a retro-themed media editing app for Android devices. It offers a wide range of editing options, including the option to add a glitch effect. With it, you can achieve clips and images with a vintage style!
To create a glitch effect, you need to select one of the effects and tap on the record button. Then, you can choose to add filters and text. You can also choose from a wide range of options for editing your photos, such as the ability to change the saturation and hue.
Once you've finished editing, you can save it to a photo album or share it on social media. You can also save it as a video.
